Every transfer, every wallet address, every timestamp \u2014 all of it is visible to anyone with access to a blockchain explorer and the expertise to interpret what they see.<\/p>\n<p>What cryptocurrency investigation requires is not access to secret information. It requires the methodology to interpret public information, the tools to map complex transaction networks, the investigative skills to link on-chain data to off-chain identities, and the legal
